DELTA FEST Ticket Policy

DELTA FEST is a curated, multi-day experience. Each registration represents a commitment to participate in a shared environment of connection, learning, and exchange. Tickets are sold by HOPE Enterprise Corporation as the seller of record. DELTA FEST is organized and operated by Yancey Consulting, LLC. To support planning, coordination, and a high-quality experience for all participants, the following policy applies:

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

This allows us to plan responsibly with partners, venues, and participants, and to deliver the experience as designed.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual.

  • Transfers may be completed through the event platform
  • Transfers are permitted only if the ticket has not been checked in
  • The new attendee must complete registration details in full
  • Unauthorized resale of tickets is not permitted

Exchanges & Special Circumstances

We understand that plans can change.

In limited cases, exceptions may be considered. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of DELTA FEST and are not guaranteed.

Event Changes

DELTA FEST may modify the program, speakers, schedule, venues, and overall experience as the event evolves.

Cancellation, Postponement, or Force Majeure

DELTA FEST is not liable for changes or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, public health conditions, government restrictions, or venue-related issues.

If the event is canceled or postponed:

  • Registrants will be notified promptly
  • Options may include transfer to a future event or other accommodations, as determined by DELTA FEST

Limitation of Liability

DELTA FEST is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or other personal expenses.

Right of Admission

DELTA FEST reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission at its discretion to protect the safety, integrity, and experience of all participants.

This Ticket Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hinds County, Mississippi.
