DELTA FEST is a curated, multi-day experience. Each registration represents a commitment to participate in a shared environment of connection, learning, and exchange.
To support planning, coordination, and a high-quality experience for all participants, the following policy applies:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
This allows us to plan responsibly with partners, venues, and participants, and to deliver the experience as designed.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual.
We understand that plans can change.
In limited cases, exceptions may be considered. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of DELTA FEST and are not guaranteed.
DELTA FEST may modify the program, speakers, schedule, venues, and overall experience as the event evolves.
These changes are part of building a responsive and dynamic experience and do not affect the validity of your registration.
DELTA FEST is not liable for changes or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, public health conditions, government restrictions, or venue-related issues.
If the event is canceled or postponed:
DELTA FEST is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or other personal expenses.
DELTA FEST reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission at its discretion to protect the safety, integrity, and experience of all participants.
