OWNERSHIP

If you’re building wealth through real estate, creative assets, or family legacy—this track gives you the tools and community to do it boldly, legally, and sustainably.

From renting to owning, ideas to income—this track explores the full spectrum of asset-based power, including homeownership, income-generating properties, intellectual property, and practical, regional wealth strategies for the Deep South.

IDEAL FOR:

  • Renters ready to own.

  • Artists and entrepreneurs looking to protect and profit from their intellectual property.

  • Families navigating inheritance or legacy land.

  • Investors, cooperatives, and community members reimagining what ownership looks like in the Deep South.

Whether you’re making your first $100K or crossing the $1M mark, this track gives you real talk, real tools, and real-time solutions to build and grow your business in the Deep South.

Our goal is to help entrepreneurs build profitable, resilient businesses—from side hustles to scalable enterprises—especially when starting with limited resources. This track provides practical tools, budget-minded strategies, and local solutions for driving growth.

IDEAL FOR:

  • Founders generating income—but seeking scale.

  • Side hustlers ready to become CEOs.

  • Mid-stage entrepreneurs looking to stabilize systems and access capital.

  • Creative entrepreneurs building brands from their brilliance.

COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE

If you’re designing systems that last—such as schools, health centers, parks, co-ops, and cultural hubs—this track is your home base for building what your community truly needs.

We aim to design and invest in systems that support income generation. This track focuses on how investing in education, healthcare, access to healthy food, affordable housing, nonprofit infrastructure, natural resources, and other vital services increases economic mobility and creates enduring community assets.

IDEAL FOR:

  • Leaders investing in where they live—from food systems to child care to arts districts.

  • Stakeholders shaping how capital, care, and culture flow through their communities.

  • Anyone working on the ground to create income-generating, community-rooted systems.
