Experience

What is DELTA FEST?

DELTA FEST is the first economic activation festival for the Deep South—designed to connect and align the people, capital, and systems already shaping ownership, entrepreneurship, and community infrastructure across Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

Who attends DELTA FEST?

People building at every level—from personal ownership to system-level change.

DELTA FEST brings together people working across ownership, entrepreneurship, and community infrastructure—from individuals building in their own lives, to those shaping systems across the region.

What can I expect from the experience?

A three-day journey from visibility to alignment.

DELTA FEST is a three-day experience moving from visibility → structure → alignment, designed to connect ideas, people, and opportunity into coordinated action.

Across the festival, you’ll experience keynotes, breakout sessions, curated networking conversations, and cultural entertainment.

We strongly encourage attending all three days to experience the full arc of the festival. If you’re only able to join for one day, you will still gain meaningful insight, connections, and value.

Will there be opportunities to connect with others?

Yes—both structured and informal.

Connection is central to the experience, with both structured and informal opportunities throughout the festival.

What kind of environment can I expect?

Action-oriented, collaborative, and grounded in real work.

DELTA FEST is designed as a space for activation—where ideas move into action. Expect an environment focused on sharing tools, knowledge, and resources, and connecting them to real opportunities across the region.

Participants contribute to a space grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to moving work forward.

How should I prepare?

Come ready to engage, contribute, and take action.

Come ready to engage, connect, and share. DELTA FEST is designed for participation—what you bring matters. We encourage you to bring tools, resources, and real questions you’re working through, so you can leave with actionable insights and next steps.

What should I wear?

Authentic, comfortable, and adaptable.

Wear what feels authentic to you. We recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable with Jackson’s early September temperatures (typically mid-70s to high-80s°F) and as you move between festival venues, which may include time outdoors.
